How does Instant-Estimate create a quote?
Take a few photos of the job and describe the work out loud. The AI reads the photos and your voice note, then builds an itemised quote with materials, labour, quantities and prices, using your own labour rate and price library.
Is it free to try?
Yes. Try it FREE with no card needed. Plans start at £12.95 a month for quoting and invoicing, or £24.95 for Pro with your books and HMRC filing. Live bank feeds come with Pro Plus. New accounts get a free 14-day Pro trial, and there's local pricing in other currencies.
Can I quote with or without VAT?
Yes. Turn VAT on or off for your business or for each quote. If you're not VAT registered, the quote clearly shows that no VAT is charged.
Which trades is it for?
Builders, plumbers, electricians, roofers, plasterers, decorators, carpenters, tilers, landscapers and most other trades. It works out the trade from your photos and description.
How do clients receive and accept quotes?
Email a branded PDF or share a link. Clients can view the quote on their phone, accept it with one tap, and pay any deposit by direct bank transfer.
Can I turn a quote into an invoice?
