How does the automatic mileage tracker work?

On Pro Plus, tap Start trip before you set off and Stop when you arrive. The app records the real miles by GPS while it is open on your phone, then saves the trip against the job you ended at. Pro includes manual mileage logging with automatic route distances.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Every new account gets free quotes and a 14-day Pro trial with no card needed.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, from the Billing page. Moving up or down takes effect straight away, and we charge or credit the difference.

What happens to my records if I drop to Quote?

Nothing is deleted. Your expenses, mileage and tax records stay safe and come straight back when you move to Pro again.

Do I need Pro for Making Tax Digital?

If you want to send your quarterly updates and final declaration to HMRC from the app, yes. Pro and Pro Plus are HMRC-recognised MTD software.

I already subscribe. Does my price change?
